Alot of things. Check coolant levels. Check to see if you have any leaks. Check to see if radiator cooling fan(s) are working. Check oil level. Could be blown head gasket. Water pump could be going out. Cooling fan not working. Really need more info to help.

if its the same as the lhs 97 model its on the overflow reservoir not the radiator its self the reservoir is next to the firewall on passenger side mine has a red relieve valve on a silver cap
Chrysler does not use inertia switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
Remove 20 Amp fuse in the power distribution center located in cavity B.
It should be in the air boot between the air filter box and throttle body (it is a two wire sensor)
