apparently it does, because I have been using a lot of spray on magnesium which goes directly into your blood stream, and I now am covered in tiny red bumps on my face and legs. I found your question while I was googling can Magnesium cause a rash.
well, if you are an alcoholic for many many years, or you drink loads daily it will cause red spots on your face, due to separation of your blood and plasma....

yes its not uncommon to have red spots around the eyes, chin or side of the face after vomiting. Vomiting can put too much pressure on the capillaries by overflowing them with blood. The spots are generally harmless and disappear within 2-3 days

I cant say yes for sure but I have been on Opana for about a month and have NEVER had any problems with acne or skin breakouts even when I was a teenager and I now have what looks to be acne on my face. Little red dots on my face and scalp and they are itchy. These started about 3 days after I started the Opana.
