They are hard because they come from under the skin. The sebacous gland produces oil. When too much oil is produced (normally around the teenage years) more acne comes out.
There is application of honey mask, you just apply honey all over your face and stay with the mask for an hour a day for every day for about a month. There is also application of lemon (it's juice) everyday after washing your face. This will get rid of the pimples, the lemon will dry the pimple making them hard then they will fall off.

cool question...... well I'm a kid but not a small kid. i would say...... oh god this is actually hard lol. OK i have no idea. my only answer is that you should have a clear face because if you have pimples or something people would know that kids do not have pimples. And if you have some wrinkles on you face (Look, I'm sorry but everyone will have wrinkles on their face when they grow older, even the slightest) i have no clue what to do with them..... here's my question: how do you get rid of wrinkles? you can ask it here on answers.com, or comment on the discussion page and tell me the answer. I'm so curious at times hehe. --melissa
You can indeed find a cure for Heart disease in the future if you work hard enough. There is no cure for heart disease today though.
Aloe vera is not proven to cure pimples, but it can ease some discomfort associated with pimples. Aloe is a water-based substance that is thick and gel-like. It can sometimes clog pores, if a lot is used. Make sure to gently clean your skin before applying any ointment to a sore or pimple. I recommend using a gentle face wash daily (something with salicylic acid is good), taking care to avoid sensitive areas (like the eyes) and applying sunscreen when you go outside. Avoid shaving over pimples, as they can leave scars and dimples later on. Take care to not scrub your face too hard, as that can just worsen and aggravate pimples.
