well a fly is a insect that flies and has legs. though it breaths. But this description vaguely reminds me of the greek monster tummus. Or an airplane, because the airplane has wings that allow it to lift off the ground and to so to speak "fly". It has legs, to help it land when it is descending from the air and making his landing at it's destination. Thirdly, the airplane is a man-made machine and therefor it does not breathe.
