Ask your dog's veterinarian.
You should not give him anything - dogs should not develop stiff necks on a routine basis. If your dog has a stiff neck, you should take him/her to the veterinarian for examination to determine the underlying cause. This may range from arthritis to injury to cancer to infection.
Amemia! Take you pet to the vet right now!

Can the bacteria in a dogs mouth possibly give a human being a canker sore? I have owned my dog for about four months and she is a very lovable dog and we cuddle once in a while and she'll occasionally lick my face and around my lips when we are close. I've noticed a much higher icidence of canker sores since I got her. Is she the potential culprit?
Well...take him to the vet.
Licking an open open cancer sore on a dog by another dog is not like to cause cancer in another dog as cancer is not an infectious disease. It is simply a tumerous growth which is due to any stimulous of unknown but regular nature. Tumerous growth may be benign or malignant.
