Yes, you can if you are watching it on TV. A lot of restaurants / Pubs / Sports bars play cricket matches (mostly if India is playing). Some will oblige if you request them to tune in to a match. If your question is in context of watching the match in a Stadium, then the answer is "NO". None of the stadiums in India sells or allows you to carry your own liquor in to the stands.
