Well the temperature of the cars engine could rise after you change the radiator if you did not put in enough water.
Is the radiator the correct one for the car? Did you make sure all the waterways were clear before installing?
Failing that, you could have an air lock in the system, release the hoses and top up water until it flows clean.
The thermostat may be jammed shut, or blocked with debris.

A rise in temperature
Convection is the heat transfer through atoms or molecules that move, so that's liquids or gases. If you turn a radiator is turned on and the room is full of cool air, the radiator in the middle will warm up the particles above it and as warm things rise these heated particles will rise, pushing the cool air towards the radiator to be heated too.

Define "climate". Note the importance of temperature.
Most definitely. A blown head gasket can cause the temperature to rise and put back pressure into the radiator, therefore possibly causing the radiator hoses to blow, or even bursting the radiator.
The rise in temperature is called Global Warming. This global warming of the earth is causing Climate Change. These two things are not the same thing.
If you mean does the transmission fluid level rise, the usual problem is a leak in the trans cooler built in to the radiator. Depending on engine temperature fluid will transfer back and forth between the radiator fluid and the auto trans fluid changing the level and color of both.
Global warming
The change in temperature when heat flows into an object is an increase. This increase in temperature occurs as the object absorbs the heat energy and its particles gain kinetic energy, causing them to move faster and the object's temperature to rise.
During the phase change, the temperature remains constant. Once the phase change is complete, the temperature will increase.
