You can scrape it off with a fork/knife thing but it might take off some of the inside paint. If you cant just try taking it off with your hand in a glove and keep scraping it off with your hand until its all gone.
Rub the area with ice, or wet it with very cold water. This should make the gum less sticky, and easier to remove
