You can find these at a number of sites. www.usmilitary.com/asvab-practice-test/ and military.com/ASVAB are merely two of many. sites.

No. You can't fail the asvab. a score of 51 means you got more correct answers than 51% of the people that took the test. You should be able to join any branch with a score of 51

Industries don't take the ASVAB people do, so I suspect you meant merchant mariner, but since merchant mariners are civilians they do not take the ASVAB
