Actually speaking, a bank would not do such a thing. They will not take money from your account without any reason. However, if you feel such a thing has happened, you can submit a written complaint to the banks customer care department explaining the situation. The bank might revert the charges if indeed there was a mistake. In case the bank refuses to refund the money and you feel it was an inappropriate debit from your account, you can file legal proceedings against them and take them to court
