Get him to the vet, he may have done more damage than simply pulled a muscle.
However, if it's just a pulled muscle, you will have to crate him for a little while to allow him to heal. Talk to your vet to see what he/she recommends and to get some pain-killer for the dog too.
Perhaps you have a pulled muscle or damaged your leg or have a "pinched" nerve in the back.
Your leg is sore, you can't do many things that you would normally do without some pain.
Your quad (quadracep) muscle is on the front of your thigh, the front of the leg above the knee.
The brachiocephalicus muscle extends the head and neck. It also pulls the front leg forward.
If your dog won't walk on its front leg, there is either physical pain present or some type of malfunction or instability within the leg itself. It is not normal for a dog to refuse to use its front leg.

It could be a bite, but could also be a pulled muscle, a pulled or torn ligament, a displacement, or something as simple as a foreign object stuck between the pads of her paw. You most likely just pulled a muscle or something just like you would pull a muscle in the leg etc. It will pass.
any falls or accidents can cause leg pain, you may have pulled a muscle or ligament in your leg, go get it checked at the doctor. Leg pain can be a sign of anything from nerve damage to arthritis. Be careful and get it checked, as I mentioned above.
