What can you do for your dog who has pulled a muscle in his front leg?

Get him to the vet, he may have done more damage than simply pulled a muscle.
However, if it's just a pulled muscle, you will have to crate him for a little while to allow him to heal. Talk to your vet to see what he/she recommends and to get some pain-killer for the dog too.
