What can you do to convince Nintendo to make a legend of Zelda movie?
The Legend of ZeldaTM is TOO cool and majestic to be made into a movie. =-)
Actually, there is one. It is called Legend Of Zelda: Power of the triforce. Its a movie with woefully bad graphics. In its defense, its over 5 years old. There are rumors of a new Zelda movie, but no one knows if those are true.
A number of scripts have been pitched to Nintendo for a Legend of Zelda film, which have all been turned down. Nintendo does not seem to be keen on turning any of their games into movies after the Super Mario Bros. movie a number of years ago, which was a failure. Most likely, there won't be a Zelda movie, but none of us can be sure.
No, although we have rumors of an animated Nintendo series coming soon, might be zelda.
There is no official Legend of Zelda movie. However, there was an April Fools Day joke played by IGN that advertised a Zelda movie, but no official announcements have been made. BMB Finishes has produced a fan-made movie, The Hero of Time, that had been under development for many years. There is also a second live action Zelda movie, The Legend of Zelda: Prince of Teres, being filmed in Oregon. No word yet, but discussions… Read More
there is no legend of Zelda movie currently
Yes, the Hero of Time is a real movie based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. But December 31, 2009, Nintendo forced the creators of the movie to delete the movie. I don't know why they, did; I was actually looking for a reason why when I stumbled on this question. Sorry I don't know more.
You never know, there is certaintly a fan want for it but Nintendo won't do more movies ever since the super Mario bros movie, that was just terrible.
No, there is not, and there will not be a Zelda movie.
Yes it was and even if you saw the trailer now you would notice at the end of the trailer itsays coming summer 2009 There was an actual Legend of Zelda movie called "The hero of Time" and it was made by fans of the game but Nintendo made them take down the video after 2009 because they did not endorse it
There is no legend of Zelda movie; read here for the deets http://Zelda.wikia.com/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zelda_(April_Fool\'s_trailer)
No. I got tricked by a legend of Zelda movie trailer saying it would come out April first, but it was a joke.
Nintendo has produced a game called The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Nintendo Wii system. When playing the game, in-game movies, or cut-scenes play. There are compilations on youtube show all of these mini-movies together in one package.
Yes, there will be
No, there is not going to be a Zelda movie. It is just an April 1 joke by IGN.
There is no movie, its an April Fool's joke.
Link of course
I'm really sorry, but the whole "Legend of Zelda Movie" was a big hoax. I was so depressed when I found out the truth, I sulked around for a few days. It's exposure as a scam was inevitable, though; how could someone produce a movie starring a mute main character? I like to picure the graphics for a Legend of Zelda movie, if they ever have one. On an end note, the movie was good… Read More
When Will the LOZ Movie Be Released? apirle fools
they are making a Zelda film. from what I've heard it will be coming out in march 2011
no it works for games but no one talk so how would there be a movie?
The movie was an April Fool's prank; it does not exist.
Nintendo won't sell their rights to a Zelda movie to anyone they don't trust because they don't want the movie to butcher the series. It's no surprise that they did this after Super Mario Brothers was made in to a movie. There IS a chance that Zelda will be made in to a movie, it is very unlikely.
No there is not, but there was an April Fool's day prank that was put on by IGN that their was a Zelda movie, but it is not true. it does exist they just stopped showing it in 2009
There are many places where one can rent the movie Legend of Zelda. Some of these places include Blockbuster, Lovefilm, and Redbox. It may also be worth asking in one's local movie rental store to see if this title is available.
there is NO movie. whatever u saw was fake. there was a a movie, but it was an April fools joke
Considering the fact the Super Mario Bros. was a complete failure, Nintendo won't adapt a video game to the big screen again. Though it is the 21st century and technology has advanced significantly, I can't see why Nintendo won't go back in to the movie business. We have the technology to do it. My guess is that they don't want to screw up....again. Super Mario Bros. was $20 million shy of reaching the movies budget… Read More
IGN Originals - 2008 Legend of Zelda Movie Trailer Premiere 1-4 was released on: USA: 1 April 2008
no im sorry it was a joke but i was upset when i found out that it was fake two hopefully they will see that it would do well in the box office and they will make a real one no there is an actual movie going to be released in 2012, thanks to IGN's prank, Nintendo saw how many people wanted a movie, so they are making one as we speak.
YES they (someone) made a Zelda movie watch it a www.theherooftime.com then select a link that will bring you to www.dailymotion.com it's about 1 hour and 47 minutes. enjoy
The Legend of Zelda: The Hero of Time is an independent fan film and released in 2009. It used to be viewed at Daily Motion. It was also be downloaded as a DVD. Since 2010, due to legal problems it is impossible to view.
It wont it was just an april fools joke made a long time ago.
no there was never a movie. although there was an April fools joke about 1. there is a television series though....
Star Wars. Zelda is pretty popular, but there are very few people who haven't watched at least one Star Wars movie.
apparently, no. happy forth of July apparently, no. happy forth of July
Is there a really cheesy movie coming out in 2009 called Legend of Zelda even though the video game is good?
Because someone made it on the computer and as a joke post it as the movie trailer, it isn't really the movie trailer and their i no movie it was fan-made.
There is NO movie if you saw a trailer on Youtube that is an April fools day joke like they tend to send out every 1st of april.
well most likely not but if u search 4 it on youtube u can find a movie trailer that someone made that looks like a real movie
Turns out that there is, but it's an independent fan film, not an official Nintendo-licensed film. Their website's here: http://www.theherooftime.com/
You can find it at ign.com but that trailer was an April fools joke. The hint was that the release date was April first 2009.
It already came out but you cannot watch it because Nintendo has removed it from the web. It would be very hard to find.
They no longer sell games. All of GameCrazy's locations have closed after parent company Movie Gallery's bankruptcy and liquidation.
Based on the 'Legend of Zelda' video game series, the 'Hero of Time' follows the protagonist Link, who's played by David Blane, who tries to answer his true identity and explain his nightmares of a captive princess. BMB Finishes produced the film, and Joel Musch directed it.
I would love for there to be a Zelda movie! Well...ONES COMING OUT!
there is no Zelda movie the trailer wuz a joke
Will Smith starred in the movie I Am Legend.
There has been a independent film called The Hero Of Time which is about the game Ocarina of Time. It aired in 2006 but the company's contract with Nintendo expired in 2009 so you can't really find it anywhere else
Because, while it may be overshadowed by games such as Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, Kirby is still a popular, successful game series that has many fans (including me!) who jump for joy at the announcement of a new game in the series. Don't you have a favorite video game series (or any kind of series, such as a movie series) that you love to see new installments of? That's what it's like… Read More
Darkness in the movie Legend is played by Tim Curry.
It was, of course, an April Fools joke. The fact that it was "announced" on April 1st was enough of a hint, considering the kinds of so-called announcements you read about on that date.
