You could spray his bed area with Citrus Home Spray (the kind you use to keep your cats off the Christmas tree!) A more romantic way would be to spray his area/clothes with some nice men's fragrance-Chanel, Soul, Stetson, XS, etc. The only real way to completely rid of it immediately is to -make him take a Sink bath and scrub his face with Irish Spring type scents. If he is too inebriated to do this, then prop him up and attempt the task yourself. If there is any cigar smell or similar to compound the problem, be sure to wash hands and hair also. Running a washcloth over his head and face, will also get rid of any allergens clinging to him from the event which are about to fall all over your pillows and sheets and make you miserable. As for his breath -which may smell like a brewery, if he cannot brush his teeth, he could swish some 1/2 mouthwash and 1/2 water or similar in his mouth at least. Full strength mouthwash might make him sick, and you want to avoid that! If he cannot do that even, you need to make him aware that you cannot tolerate it. I can guarantee that he will face the other direction away from you if you wrap some toilet paper around that hairdo (to keep it in place), put on your baggiest old maternity nightie and put on some fresh smelly nail polish-some plain glitter polish will do. A classic nightime Face Mask (half size) for yourself, might also scare him into complaisancy and motivate him to stay as far away as possible. Good Luck! and
