I lost 8 Pounds in 10 days without exercise or counting calories. I eat 4 or 5 meals a day and wasn't hungry, I ate until I was satisfied. The food is everyday, inexpensive choices from the grocery store.
If you love your figure then you might want to use stuff that you know works but dont use it alot and that means just lose little bits at a time and dont eat to many sweets as you're to do with all weight loss programs.
eat less of wat u already eat and exercise.
This depends on the person and the kind of weight lifting you do. The short answer however is that lifting weights should help you to lose fat and gain muscle. If you are lifting heavily in order to gain muscle mass, you will gain weight. However, if you are lifting to get lean muscle, it should help to lose weight.
No, it builds up the muscle in your arms, but does not allow you to actually lose weight!
aerobics would be your best bet
To learn weight lifting without injuring yourself you will need to start slowing in the beginning. Do not attempt to much weight to begin with and slowly add more.
I'm not to sure but I think while losing weight.
If you follow the Phase One portion of the South Beach Diet, you will probably lose weight without exersizing. If you added some modest weight lifting to that diet, you would probably lose even more. I am nearly 50 and found that the Phase One diet took about 8lbs a week off of me without any change in activity level. Good Luck!
I think you meant "how do "I" lose weight without my parents knowing?" My first question would be, why can't your parents know that you want to and/or trying to lose weight??
weight lifting. remember muscle weighs more than fat.
weight lifting + running. eat high protein and low carb
You lose fat on your legs without getting bulky muscles by doing cardio - instead of weight lifting - and reducing your carb and calorie intake by 30% on a daily basis. There is no other way, no such thing as a 'spot treatment' for your legs.
You could introduce yourself to a low carb diet and a work out plan involving mainly aerobics and lifting small weights to tone muscle without building and losing weight.
No, boxing is not weight lifting
