You cant its almost impossible to make true black, the best you've got is to buy it at the store or you can make black nail polish from a clear nail polish and mix it with black eye shadow. :)

Red and yellow make orange, but i've never tried it with nail polish. You could buy an orange nail polish instead of mixing two colors though.
They don't make nail polish with acetone. Nail polish REMOVER with acetone is available in most drugstores, supermarkets and beauty supply stores.
