Clean your ear piercing with salt water solution. Its 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt mixed in with 8 ounces of warm water. Mix til clear then dip q-tips in the solution and clean your ear piercing gently. Avoid twisting or moving your piercing!
Change your pillow case every 2 nights. One side of the pillow case for each night.
Avoid touching your piercing unless your cleaning it and keep your hands clean.
