if you feel a bit ill after eating too much, you could have a lie down, sleep it off, you feel better when you wake up as your digestive system has been working while you were asleep

also remind yourself you don't feel too good when you've eaten too much when you are eating something you may eat too much of. (doesn't always work when i do it but you can give it a go)

also if you find you always eat too much, your plate could be a little too big for you, a slightly smaller plate, will mean slightly smaller portions, you can ask your mum to not make so much or if you make your own food just make less

You should also try to go to the bathroom. That might help too.
