Pet your Rabbit talk in a soft voice. Get acquainted. Feed him/her a carrot or rabbit treats or greens ( Vegetation). If it continues to be hyper put it away and Do it once a day until it becomes calm. If your rabbit has not been spayed or neutered I suggest that.
Your rabbit can be calmed down by holding it in your lap and gently rubbing/stroking the inside of it's ears as they are stood up together on it's head. Slow movements will also calm your bunny. Talking in a calm, reassuring voice and making your bunny pose on a square of carpet in a show bunny pose will also calm him down. Quick movements, especially from above and loud noises make your bunny nervous and holding it too tightly will make it want to run away.
It wont hurt and it will surely calm them down.

I would give them some time to calm down and then talk to them about it in a calm, reasonable manner.
Well calm them down give them what you want?
you have to sit down talk with her or give her space and tell her how much she means to you
To tame a rabbit, you have to spend time with him/her. At first, talk to him/her quietly so that they get used to the sound of your voice. When they are calm, offer a treat such as a piece of carrot. When they are eating, slowly move your hand and start to stroke them. The rabbit will get used to this, and will start to associate you will food and will know that you are not a threat to them. Soon, your rabbit will be calm around you and he/she will be tame. Kneel or crouch down when you are around them, so that you are at their level, and therefore they will not feel threatened.
More walks, exercise and stimulation.
In Hawaiian, you would say "hoʻomaluhia".
