ANYTHING! My family has potatoes all the time. Gravy is a given, any hunk of meat will do. (Chicken, turkey, beef, ham...) Veggies; green beans, broccoli (eew), peas, carrots...

ANYTHING goes with mashed potatoes. And remember the GRAVY!!
