The clutch master cylinder is under the hood, drivers side, on the firewall. It is between the brake master cylinder and the drivers side fender. The cylinder is very small in comparison to the brake master cylinder. The reservoir is the small white plastic canister above it.

there is a small pin you can see through the plastic on the steering column in front of the ignition. you insert the key and push the pin to release the cylinder. you may need to remove wheel to get to it though.
The "bumper," "plastic ring" or "ring guard" should never be moved from the top. The purpose is to protect the graduated cylinder from breaking if it tips over. That is why you don't see them on plastic graduated cylinders.
after you take the plastic cover from around the steering colum, under the lock cylinder there should be a small access hole. you'll need a long thin tool to push up in there. on the cylinder lock itself there is a little pin that needs to be pushed in so the cylinder can be pulled out.

Put the key in the ignition cylinder and turn one click. There is a small hole on the side of the ignition cylinder, stick a small screwdriver into this hole and press hard. Pull out the ignition cylinder with the key.
Take the cover plastic off of the column, insert key turn switch to run position and look underneath lock cylinder for a small hole, inserst something small enough to fit but sturdy enough not to bend, then pull switch out
