hands lens or hand lens
== == It is used to magnify/ or make things appear closer?to magnify small objects
It is reflected at an opposite angle, and focused by the lens.
because the parts are really tinny that you cant see them without a microscope or a hand lens.. and it is impossible to see the parts of that make up matter visually...
You can't, if you mean a microscope with a single, tiny, spherical lens. A sphere allows you to observe an object closer to your eye than 10 inches (which is conidered the closest, normal viewing distance for the human eye). A sphere one inch in diameter allows you to observe an object just as close (or one inch). Since this is ten times closer to your eye, the object appears with a magnification of 10 power. If you want to see an object (through a single lens) with even more magnification, you need a smaller sphere. It's possible to produce spheres with diameters less than 1/10th of an inch. A single spherical lens that small creates maginifications of 100 power. Onwards and Upwards, Paul

One is able to observe the grains in granular pyrite but unable to observe any grains even under hand lens for massive pyrite due to fine grains.
Yes, hand lens reflect light.
Eyepiece Lens or Ocular Lens is the lens on top. This is use to see the things or objects to observe or to study.
William Julliano invented the first hand lens in 1991
The term "hand lens" is derived from the combination of "hand," referring to the act of holding the lens in one's hand, and "lens," which comes from the Latin word "lentil" or "lens" meaning a lentil-shaped convex glass. The hand lens is a small, handheld magnifying glass used to observe objects up close.
