i got my rear corner glass replaced at the junkyard. all they did was remove the rubber sealant around the glass. then they unclipped the glass. they replaced the glass and put the rubber back on. it looked so easy that i could of done it.
remove the inner pannel. That will put you at the assembly. with windo up, remove assemblt. then replace

Typically its not that hard, one side, usually the inside of the door panel, you'lll find screws. Simply unscrew it, take the molding off, take out the glass & replace it with the glass you want & than put it back together.
