Advantage: Maps provide a visual representation of geographic information, helping users navigate, plan routes, and understand spatial relationships. They can also convey complex information in a clear and accessible way. Disadvantage: Maps can sometimes oversimplify or distort information, leading to potential inaccuracies or misinterpretations. Additionally, maps may not always include the most up-to-date data, which can impact their reliability for real-time navigation or decision-making.
