∙ 14y agoTagamet HB is the best thing.....one or two tablets one to two hours before your dose and you will not achieve an increased peak, but a longer one, and when you shelf off about two hours after peak, that will last longer too.....plus you will get really tired at the end of the day, and still feel good the next day when going for your next dose........stay steady on your dose, and dont do opiates too........besides, why the heck are you getting up everyday to go to a methadone clinic with a bunch of dirty heads, if your still gonna use...........dont be an idiot.............
