Polaris is also known as the north star. It is always due north in the sky, unlike the other stars which appear to rotate about it due to the spin of the earth. You can use it to find North, from this you can then work out other direction.
okay this depends on what type of machine your polaris is. if its an ATV, there will be a big shift knob on the left side of the gas tank, and that should be pretty easy to figure out how to use. this is true for every polaris ATV except in the case of the 2000 polaris expedition 425, in wich it was a manual transmission, and you had to manually shift using your feet. in the case of snowmobiles, you do not have to shift them. they use a belt drive system that does everything for you
Latitude is going across.
I dodn't know! Figure out yourself.
No, they do not interchange.
Only use Polaris oil or amsoil in any polaris.
Yes you can, Polaris only recomends that you use Polaris brand oils, but any oil of the same weigth should work just fine.
Does a 2004 Polaris Ranger use antifreeze?
It has no function. Temporally it helps people figure out which way is north - at night.
You should use Polaris ps-4 synthetic oil for year round use. l
Best bet is Polaris synthetic.
Yes you can. Polaris does not manufacture oil. Polaris oil may very well be made by Valvoline or some other oil company. You can use any brand oil you want as long as it meets Polaris specifications.
Polaris 4 stroke snowmobile's use synthetic 0 W 50.
