It would be best to buy special cleaner for earrings. Like Claires earring cleaner and things like that. I wouldn't recommend using rubbing alcohol, unless your peircing is fully healed.

NEVER, i repeat, NEVER clean your ear guages with rubbing alcohol. It will cause your skin to dry up and may highly result in a blowout. (Also from experience)
