Personal Opinion:

No, there is no need for it, unless you have some sort of head wound and need medical attention. Shaving your eyebrows throws off the balance of your face, accentuates large foreheads and exaggerates the bones of your eye sockets. Most women with shaved eyebrows look ridiculous. Moreover, without the right hair style, shaved eyebrows can be a disaster.

I acknowledge that shaving eyebrows has become a disastrous norm, which is not to my preference. However, if you really want to shave your eyebrows, don't let some random pundit on a Q&A website stop you.

To do precision work of this kind you need a very small scissors (maybe 3 inches in length). You use a bathroom mirror, just as if you were shaving or combing your hair, and cut off any part of your eyebrows which seem too long. It's easy.

you can try but when they grow back they will be bristly and bushy and quite thick. if you go to a spa or beauty salon you can get them waxed but it's a bit painful you can also ask for a treatment called threading it is less painful but it takes a while for.
