You could wear a vest top (preferably a diffferent colour to the skirt) which could be plain or patterned or if you prefer you could wear a ruffly top tucked in (doesn't sound great i know but it actually looks good if you get the right type of top). Try and be original with the top because so many people have black bodycon skirts (because the really nice and are avalaible quite cheaply).
