In fact you can write anything; as long as you are convinced and can justify it when questioned in PI. Make sure you simply do not focus on academics. Yes Academics is important but it is not the sole thing. Qualities as dedication and zeal to learn matters a lot. In fact these core competencies go a long way to determine your success as an MBA professional; so naturally these are some of the natural traits interviewers would look for when selecting MBA candidates. Know what the recruiters would look in you when you graduate from an MBA school and write qualities/achievements that are in tandem with those.
