Yes and no, Sour candies in general are the worst candies for you to eat when it comes to your teeth. Sour Patch are the worst of all the sour candies. Sour Patch can create acid directly on contact that eats away the enamel on your teeth. I suggest brushing your teeth immediately after eating them I always do.
