According to my manual, the wheelbase is 166 inches and the overall length of the vehicle itself is 206.8 inches (17.2 ft.). Hope this helps!

Usually when someone refers to a car as an "El Camino SS Clone" this means that they took a standard El Camino and upgraded the parts to duplicate an SS. This car will not have the same collector value as a factory SS but may be a very nice car.
Chevy had the EL Camino Ford had the Ranchero
In my area a 1979 El Camino will have an average retail value of $6,000. This is a very collectible car and is worth whatever someone will pay for it. Of course without seeing the car, knowing it's condition, and most important what engine it has, this is just a ballpark figure. I suggest you contact a Chevy dealer and look at www.nada.com to find out the value of yours. But remember that the El Camino is getting more and more valuable all the time. They are hot! Not bad for a vehicle that sold for around $5,500.
Exactly NONE. Chevrolet used 454s in the passenger car line up thru 1976 (Corvettes only the last year.) since the El Camino was built on a passenger car chassis, it to was dropped from production with the demise of big block production cars.
That is considered a mid-sized car. There are lots of cars with a wheelbase close to 105". As to what cars have exactly a 105" wheelbase I know on none. Do some research and you may find one.
Chevrolet markets the El Camino, which is manufactured by General Motors.
We are in the car.
In the U.S. it is the Chrysler 300 extended wheelbase version.
