Some notable cats who die in the Warriors series include Bluestar, who dies of old age and greencough, and Firestar, who dies in battle. Other cats who die throughout the series include Silverstream, who dies kitting, and Feathertail, who dies saving the Tribe of Rushing Water.

I have not yet read Omen of the Stars, and this does not include Secrets of the Clans or Cats of the Clans, and I haven't finished Bluestar's Prophecy, though I do pretty much know who dies!

There are hundreds of cats that die in warriors, so I cant name them all. Most cats are killed in battle with other cats, other animals, and humans. Some have a more rare death, for example: Shadowclan medicine cat apprentice, Flametail, is playing on a frozen lake. The ice cracks, and Flametail falls through and drowns.

I bet Erin Hunter will come up with a million more ways for death for her characters... Sorry about the line, technical difficulties, just ignore it.
