No good enough reason to go to war, besides it would have most likely caused WW3, the last thing the world needed.

Hopefully China and Russia will not attack any countries that we have a treat to protect. If this does happen, we may have to go to war as we do have an obligation to enforce the treaty that we signed. Only the President of the United States can make that decision.
