Sore leg---> If you excercised or worked your leg harder than usual, it could be because of a lactic acid build up in your muscle. When you excercise, there is not enough oxygen for the cells in your leg (using this as an example). Because there is not enough oygen for those cells to undergo aerobic respiration, they used anaerobic respiration. This is called fermentation. The product of this process is lactic acid, which builds up in your muscles and creates a burning sensation during excercise and will make your legs sore for the next couple days.

Twitching----> This happens when you do not have enough potassium. It has to do with the sodium/potassium pumps that are in your cells. Sodium and potassium are the elements that are onvolved with muscle impulses and nerve impulses, so if you are lacking one or the other, your muscles can start to twitch as a result. Eating a banana and getting more potassium in your system is one way to help stop it.

Why do kids twitch?

Kids usually twitch when there under stress or at a time of anger. This is normal in adults too. I am eleven and my eyes get twitchy all the time. My mother said kids (or adults) that twitch usually aren't sick with anything, but twitching is a normal thing that usually happens in forms of: eye twitching, thumb and pinkie finger twitching and sometimes other facial twitches. You may also experience twitching when u sleep or use your muscles a lot. Eye twitching is the most common. Twitches are nothing to worry about. And if u are wondering why we twitch keep reading. Many people have the training thought in there head what causes facial tics and twitches. Many doctors hav e been studying the twitching that occurs in places such as you upper and lower eye lid and cheeks. Twitching in the eye area is completely Norman and doctors thing people get twitches or offten get twitchy because back long ago we had to focus on many more thing and we needed to be aware, so in other words we flinched a lot and it developed in to what we know know as twitching. Twitches are normal and a simple eye twitch once in a while won't do any harm. But if u are experiencing Maggie twitching of the eye go see a doctor to find out if your twitchy eye is just a normal twitch if if twitching is a side affect to your medicine or if the twitch may lead to a decease. And if u didn't know many children and adults twitch when the get nervous or stressed and caffeine causes uncontrolable twitches in the eyes and other facial areas.

What causes muscle ache in hand between thumb and pointer finger with slight swelling?

I've heard that the pressure point located between your thumb and pointer is associated with the muscles in your shoulders and upper back. It could be that the pain between your thumb and finger is indicative of tension in your upper back. A good backrub couldn't hurt anyway.

Get a halfway decent drill. I'm assuming it happens right at the base of the thumb? What you probably need to get done is have the thumb hole moved a little right and up (if you're right handed) or if you're left handed get the thumb hole moved left and up.
