I have a 1995 saturn 2dl and just had the water pump changed anf a new radiater put in. I drove the car all day and it did fine until after 1 hour and then it started jerking and died in my parking lot. What is causing this jerking?
Transmission fluid is low, dirty filter, leaking seals, sticking accumulator, etc.
Poor driver or bad transmission.
Sounds like a possible problem with the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). I had the same problem on my '94 Olds. Replaced the TPS and no more problems.
what causes a 1.8t golf to jerk especially after the engine being hot
take it to a garage
One of the possible causes of a Pontiac Bonneville to jerk during acceleration is that the car needs a tune up. The engine misfiring can lead it to jerk as you accelerate.
You could have ignition problems if it is the engine causing the jerk.
change the map sensor
Transmission reProgramming required. The trans doesn't shift into 1st gear at the correct speed and causes a jerking of the vehicle when approaching a stop
Do you mean JERK?
you may not be at a high enough rpm
rpm too low maybe you are shifting to soon
