Well it might be the coil
try checkeng your coill pack if its getting to hot it will shut down
The Oxygen sensor, or the IAT Sensor is telling you Ecu to shut down the car. Its running to hot. Or you have a pressure hose that has a leak or has come off.
Yes...and no.
fuel pump or crank sensor
Electrical circuit do not go dead but theyreliably shut down. If there is a thermal protection circuit supervising the heat dissipated that would the circuit to shut down until it cools and start again and probably repeat the cycle.
does it shut down after driving it above about 40 mph and then when coming to a stop it dies? will start back up but when put in gear immediatly dies again could be torque converter switch in trans. Check igition conrol module which is under the coils. commen problem
no
check your antifreeze level (there should be an overflow tank with add and full lines) make sure there is antifreeze in there if there isn't add a 50/50 mix until it is full, start the engine, run for a few minutes and shut off. check the level again once it cools off. check your antifreeze level (there should be an overflow tank with add and full lines) make sure there is antifreeze in there if there isn't add a 50/50 mix until it is full, start the engine, run for a few minutes and shut off. check the level again once it cools off.
If this is the fan that cools the engine it will run for a while after the car is switched off. If its the internal heater then I haven't a clue.
your heater most likely does shut off. this is called the burner orheat exchanger. the fan will continue to run until the exchanger cools down. check you thermostat setting to see if itis on-auto ,-or continous.
it can be different things but u can start checking with IAC or the fuel
Could be a clogged air filter. Also could be corroded battery connections especially the ground (Black) cable.Hope this helps alittle.Good Luck!
