Everything I read, and all of the materials my doctor gave me said it is basically like a bruise... There is nothing you can do to fix it (or prevent it), just wait 10 to 14 days and it should go away on its own.
Of course consulting with your own doctor is recommended with all medical matters, but for me - I will be wearing sunglasses for a few days!
A burst capillary in the eye (subconjunctival hemorrhage) can be caused by sneezing, coughing, vomiting, or straining. It can also occur due to trauma, eye rubbing, or high blood pressure. In most cases, it is a harmless condition that usually resolves on its own without treatment.

The pupil is the opening in the center of the iris (the colored part of the eye) that allows light to enter the eye. By dilating or constricting, the pupil controls the amount of light reaching the retina at the back of the eye.
An artificial eye, also known as a glass eye or ocular prosthesis, is a custom-made acrylic implant that is designed to replace a missing or damaged natural eye. It is typically fitted and shaped to match the appearance and movement of the remaining natural eye.
There is one pupil in each eye. The pupil is the opening in the center of the iris that allows light to enter the eye. Its size can change depending on the lighting conditions to regulate the amount of light entering the eye.
A human eye is typically fully developed by the age of seven. However, vision and eye coordination continue to mature throughout childhood and into early adulthood.
