This may seem like a wacky idea, but do you suppose the fact that the Sun isn't shining on you at night might have something to do with it?

Depends entirely of where you are and the time of year. January in Minnesota and June in Hawaii will have VERY different temperatures.
The Moon's gravity causes the lack of atmosphere (any possible atmosphere evaporates out into space in a fairly short time); and the lack of atmosphere causes the extreme temperatures.
This happens for extended periods of time in some of the world's equatorial desserts. The effect depends on other characteristics of the region (humidity, latitude etc), but the result is usually very high temperatures during the day and very low temperatures at night.
Vibrating colon is the result of a urinary track infection. Go see a urologist and get antibiotics.
Not necessarily. During the day, inland temperatures are usually much higher than they are near the coast, but at night, temperatures drop to colder temperatures inland, whilst seaside night time temperatures are milder.
Deserts typicaly cool down during the night time and the temperatures drop as the year progresses toward the winter months.
Temperatures in the Gibson Desert vary according to the season. Summer maximum temperatures can exceed 40°C or 104°F, whilst in winter the maximum may drop to 18°C, or 64°F, with night time minimums much colder.
Most of the time cold weather.
If you meant "Bibron's Gecko" - it's a native species of South Africa - so it will need temperatures during the day approaching 32oC - with a night-time drop of about 10 degrees.
Temp: 78-84 degrees ambient daytime, w/ an 85-90 degree hot spot. Humidity: 30-50%

I think so, and also on the weekends I believe.
The best time to plant flowers depends on where you are, and what the temperatures are in your area. Certain flowers can withstand cooler temperatures than others, but most flowering plants perform best when planted when temperatures no longer get near freezing at night.
When you live in Alaska, when you are watching TV, or when you drop acid.
