Accumulation of organic matter.
"Eutrophication occurs when fertilizers, animal waste, sewage, or other substance rich in nitrogen and phosphorus flow into waterways, causing extensive algae growth. The algae use up the oxygen supply during their rapid growth and after their deaths during the decaying process"
A eutrophic lake is one with an excessive growth of algae, resulting from contamination by nitrogen or phosphorus compounds , such as by laundry detergent containing phosphates, fertilizer run-off from agricultural lands, sanitary sewage, or manure.
It has water that is rich in mineral and organic nutrients that promote plant life.

Add nutrients (phosphorus, nitrogen, etc.)
eutrotrophic
eutrophic lake
it decreases due to decay of plant and animal material
Found it. Its oligotrophic.
Well this answers part ofthe Q. I did an experiment at uni that produced an oli. We had a final pH of about 8.2 ish
I want to say yes. Lake Michigan is not Oligotrophic like Lake George in New York. It isn't Eutrophic or Hypereutrophic which are characterized by high levels of nitrogen and phosphorus and low levels of oxygen near the bottom of the lake.
Yes, my teacher said it was right
aquartic
someone please answer this
Yes, all plant like protists are always eutrophic. This includes diatoms, and dinoflagellates. This is because they are all part of the algae family.
