heat because it has not been cool enough. it could also be because it is out of date and it has turned into lumps then mouldy or just because you havent you havent shacked it before you use it so that could also be an issue. if i were you i would throw it away in any kinds of food if you see green or mouldy or lumps then throw it all away. if one bread is green that means all the breads are out of date. chuck it away don't poison your self.
