The pulling in your face may be a focal Dystonia and you should see a movement disorder specialist for proper diagnosis. Focal Dystonia can be treated and result in lessening of headache, but it must be diagnosed by someone who knows what it is. The somewhat rare nature of this disorder means many doctors cannot diagnose it properly. A movement disorder specialist has had extra training in diagnosis and treatment of these disorders.
You are describing a typical tension headache, but there may be more to the story than that. For best results, see a headache specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment, as any headache lasting a month is cause for concern.
