Usually the occasional spark plug that needs to be cleaned and gapped.
It means that more than one cylinder has a misfire history. PO301 would be cylinder number 1 misfire. PO302 would be number 3 cylinder misfire.

Most likely this problem is your coil. If you are unable to change this yourself, you should take it to a mechanic as soon as you can.
It means # 3 cylinder has a misfire. My advice is to replace all the spark plugs, and check the spark plug wires carefully.

The engine cylinder locations are numbered : firewall 4 - 8 3 - 7 2 - 6 1 - 5 front I'm not a mechanic / technician but your misfire could be caused by a bad sparkplug , bad coil , fuel injector not allowing the proper air / fuel ratio , and maybe there are other causes of your misfire
