To decrease body heat

1) Take oil bath on Wednesday and Saturday(For Men) Friday(For Women). Apply gingelly oil from head to toe. Wait for 45 to 1 hour so that onil gets into your body. Apply shikakai from head to toe and have a good bath. If you continue doing it, this helps in keeping the body cool. After having bath, you feel like sleeping but you should not. Sleep only in the night.

2) Drink tender coconut daily in the morning

3)Try out juices of grapes, watermelon, banana, jack fruit, lemon and pineapple during summer. Consumption of fruits and juices reduces body heat and benefits in controlling body temperature.

4)Coffee and tea are not all good as they stimulate the central nervous system. Taking them on empty stomach is harmful as they mix with acid and circulated all over the body producing several diseases. - Alcohol is a hot drink and must not be used druing this season, either avoid it or drink it with plenty of water.
