It's really interesting but when you are magnesium deficient the first source your mind thinks of is chocolate which has a very low amount of it. But what your body really needs is any types of carbs/ breads which is much higher in magnesium. Eating breads instead of chocolate will actually make the craving of chocolate go away. It's really weird but it works, and If you don't believe me, try it!
