The high rate of white blood cells (including eosinophils) can indicate that there is a potential infection or other such condition that the body is fighting off. These can be raised for a variety of issues including: infection, cancer, weakened immune system (due to external or internal issue), HIV/Aids, STD's, and a host of others issues.
