Galactorrhea is caused by the disregulation of certain hormones in the human body. It is usually a benign condition which occurs in 5-32% of women but can also occur with men.
Galactorrhea is excessive flow of milk.
The answer to this question is no/not always. Awhile back I was trying to give myself a breast check, not really knowing what I was doing I pressed some part of my breast and some white/cream colored liquid came out of my nipple, I tasted it and it tasted like warm milk. I went to my gynocologist in the next couple of days and she gave me a pregnancey test to make sure i wasnt pregnant, it came out negative. she told me I had galactorrhea( spontaneous flow of milk from the breast/s) and it was related to my birth control method; Depo Provera. I also asked my good friends mother who is a Psychiatrist and she actually told me a whole different opinion that my galactorrhea could be from my anti depression.
A galvanic cell is a spontaneous reaction so electron flow will occur as long as a salt bridge is present.
An electric field causes electrons to flow when a switch is turned on.

The movement of electron towards the high potential causes electric current to flow in a circuit.
an acid paste reacts with the metal casing which causes electrons to flow to a carbon rod

Human causes of overland flow include urbanization, which increases impervious surfaces like roads and buildings, preventing water from infiltrating into the ground; deforestation, which reduces vegetation that helps absorb and slow down water; and poor land management practices such as excessive tilling or removal of natural water-absorbing features like wetlands. These activities can exacerbate overland flow and lead to increased flooding and erosion.
