its from eatting poorly and trust me i ate like french fries every day and it happened i was losing alot of hair its very thin then i thought but now since i changed my diet it much better and much thicker! ;) no, actulllay its not maybe you were using the wrong shampoo or something cause i have paper thin hair and i eat very healthy it can also be mabye a trait or someone in your family has had thin hair and it has been passed down to you hope this helps! =D
