Just got over a 4-day bout with gastroenteritis, probably caused by contaminated food. You just described the hell I've been through. You didn't mention intestinal gurgling. You could hear my intestines gurgling, growling, and moving things along from the next room. Gold Bond Medicated powder is working for my rectal bleeding/soreness (caused by days of diarrhea). I just read a website that recommended Tinactin for the same. I bet the headache is caused from dehydration (or caffeine withdrawal--you either stopped drinking coffee because you don't feel good and want to stay in bed, or the caffeine you ARE drinking isn't being absorbed as much because everything is moving out of your system too quickly). Drink LOTS of fluids and add some probiotics to your diet (supplements or yogurt) to replenish your good bacteria.
