There are different reasons why your little one could have the colic. Babies are notorius for eating things that they probably should not have. Like dirt. Or manure. They could pickup anything and swallow it. This is one of those times I say call the vet first and ask questions later. There is also the chance he may have a 'twisted' gut. But only your vet can tell for sure.
