The super x2 is a very good shotgun. I own one and love it, without a more precise explanation of the malfunction I am just guessing. If when you shoot it is not ejecting the spent shell it could be: loads are to light to function properly (7/8, or 1 oz). YOu might have powder build up on your gas piston. You might need to apply some sythetic gun oil to your bolt and reciever. A good place to start is unscrew your end cap on the end of the magazine, then your forend will slide off, then take your barrel off. Inpect the gas piston and the stainless tube. This are needs to be cleaned every now and then especially if you shoot alot or in wet weather. Next you should take out your trigger assembly and inspect the bolt. The good news is this gun is very easy to assemble and disassemble so dont be alarmed.
